War Memorial for those people who died in Nassiriya

It is situated in the middle of the city in Largo delle Foibe. The monument was unveiled in 2006 in memory of 12 Carabinieri soldiers, 5 from the Army, 2 italian civilians and 7 Iraqi civilians, who lost their lives in the terrorist attack in Nassiriya in Iraq, in 2003.
